You’re too stressed out
If you are too stressed out, you tend to eat more… and it will affect your weight badly. Don’t be too tension. One of the ways to overcome stress or tension is to do physical activities. I recommend jogging because you will release a hormone that will help regulate your stress level.
You’re eating too much
You probably will say this is a ‘normal’ reason for getting more weight. Well, it is… but most people tend to ignore it! You should start monitoring foods you eat, how much calories they give you to make sure you will know which one that cause you to gain more pound.
